This session is designed to help educate business owners about tools and strategies to help make building, running, and preserving a business easier. Items discussed may include time management, attracting and retaining employees, and identifying potential retirement plans with or without employees. This session may also discuss disability and life insurance, deferred compensation, and estate considerations as you work towards preserving your business for yourself and your heirs.  

 

Target Audience: Owners, Directors, Assistant Directors, other Administrators (2-person participant limit per facility)
